Veneers in Bolton | Porcelain & Composite

Dental porcelain veneers are a versatile and popular cosmetic dentistry option, used to enhance the appearance of your teeth and create a stunning, natural-looking smile. At Sharples Dental Practice, we offer premium porcelain veneers that address a variety of aesthetic concerns, providing a flawless finish that complements your natural features.

What Are Veneers?

Veneers are thin, custom-made shells crafted from high-quality porcelain that are bonded to the front surface of your teeth. They serve as an ideal solution for:

Discoloured teeth that do not respond to traditional whitening methods
Chipped, cracked, or worn-down teeth
Gaps between teeth
Minor alignment issues

These veneers are designed to create a symmetrical, natural appearance that enhances your smile. The process involves minimal tooth preparation, making it a comfortable and effective solution for many patients. Once in place, porcelain veneers blend seamlessly with your existing teeth, providing a long-lasting and beautiful smile. For smaller chips and gaps, composite bonding may be a less invasive alternative worth discussing at your consultation. If your main concern is the position of your teeth rather than their shape or colour, ask us about Invisalign® clear aligners. Our guide to cosmetic dental treatments compares the options.

The Veneer Process

The process of getting veneers is simple and effective, guided by our expert team at Sharples Dental Practice:

Consultation and Impressions: During your first visit, we will discuss your cosmetic goals, take digital impressions, and assess whether veneers are the right solution for you.
Custom-Made Veneers: Using the impressions taken, your veneers are crafted to match the natural contours of your teeth, ensuring a perfect fit. We only use high-quality, medical-grade porcelain that looks and feels like natural tooth enamel.
Preparation of Your Teeth: To ensure your veneers sit comfortably, we will gently reshape the enamel of the teeth receiving treatment. This minimal preparation ensures the veneers blend seamlessly with your smile.
Bonding and Placement: Once your custom veneers are ready, they will be securely bonded to your teeth. This process is quick, and the results are immediate, leaving you with a stunning, natural-looking smile.

Aftercare: We will provide advice on how to care for your veneers to ensure they last for many years. With proper maintenance, your new smile will stay beautiful for a long time.

We know you’ll love your new veneers. They’ll feel like a part of you from the moment they’re placed, and you’ll find yourself wanting to show off your smile at every opportunity. At Sharples Dental, we’re here to help you achieve the smile of your dreams with confidence and ease!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've had a few dentist over the years at this practice with some poor experiences as a child that made me very anxious at appointments, so I was nervous when it was sold again. Thankfully it's the best thing that has happened. Jabir is the first person to actually talk to me, explain everything and listen to my concerns. Things are on the up and I don't dread going to the dentist anymore. Thank you Jabir!
