Dental extractions is the last resort at Sharples Dental. We will always respect patients’ choice but will try our level best to help patients retain as many of their teeth as possible for as long as possible.
The whole procedure will be carried out under local anaesthetic and will not be started until the patient is totally numb. Following the procedure you will get detailed post operative instructions and care as required.
In some cases, the extracted tooth may be replaced with a dental implant, bridge, or partial denture to restore function and aesthetics. Your dentist will discuss these options with you.
